Working with wildlife is one of the greatest pleasures inherent in my job as a ranch real estate professional. I do enjoy having a few cows standing around that are eager to partake in the occasional hand fed range cube; however, I absolutely love the indigenous wildlife here in our great state.
I have worked with high fenced ranches, low fenced ranches, ranches geared toward quail production, groomed for migratory species, and those just simply preserved as sanctuaries for all species. I have also worked with land owners who manage wildlife, especially deer, even more intensively. The ranch that was left to my family by my grandparents , is now high fenced and managed through a state issued Managed Land Deer Permit (M.L.D.P. Level III). We have also evolved to a Deer Management Permit (D.M.P.), which allows the temporary retention and selective breeding of native deer.
All this to say that I love the wildlife, and whatever your objectives may be, I probably can help. Our clients who purchase ranches utilizing our services are sure to be pleased with our "service after the sale", as we regularly assist with game surveys, management plans, and anything else we can do to be sure you get a fresh start.
